Angeliki Skoura received a Diploma (2007) and a M.Sc. degree (2009) in Computer Engineering and Informatics Department of University of Patras. She is currently a Ph.D. student, under the supervision of Prof. Vasilis Megalooikonomou, focusing on medical image analysis. Her research interests lie in the areas of image analysis (image segmentation, feature extraction), data mining (mining of spatiotemporal data, ensemble learning) and decision support systems with applications to, among other, medical informatics and bioinformatics. She holds work experience in designing and developing information systems and she has participated in several research projects.
She is the author or co-author of more than 10 articles in international papers.
