About

I was born in the city of Patras in 1986. I succeeded at the University of Aegean in 2004. In 2009 I graduated from the Department of Information & Communication Systems Engineering (ICSD) of the school of engineering from university of Samos. Then, continued my studies at the University of Patras as a Master student in the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics (CEID) and became a member of the data base group. In 2011 I graduated from the MSc (Master of Science) in "Computer Science and Technology".

After my graduation, I joined the army for nine months. During this period, I studied Android mobile development and created my 1st Android Application called GMall. After completing my military obligations, I continued as a Ph.D (Doctor of Philosophy) student at the University of Patras and obtained my PhD in 2017 from the same department. Professor John Garofalakis was my supervisor. Currently, I am a member of the mobile and ubiquitous computing group. My main research interests are:
  • Augmented Reality
  • Mobile Development
  • Machine Learning
  • Algorithms
Currently I am working at the Computer Technology Institute and press “Diophantus”. I have been working on different kind of projects like: web platforms, mobile application development, sites & portals and service + APIs. I am passionate with Java and Android development.

In my spare time, I am trying to improve my programming skills and also try and/or learn new things, thus the online programming community is my daily unlimited "programmipedia".
